The registration fee covers: the welcome reception, lunches, the refreshments during breaks, the conference dinner and conference materials.

The fee for accompanying persons is 130 euro. It covers welcome reception and conference dinner.

Participants who want to receive invoices, should inform the organizers about it at the time of registration/abstract submission and send the following data:

        • in case of institutions: the name of the institution, address and tax identification number.
        • If one pays the conference fee from her personal bank account, it will not be possible to issue an invoice to the institution.
        • You can collect your invoice during the conference. If you need it earlier, contact us individually.
